   Use the tracking tool at left to track your on-line order*.  This on-line tracking utility is for customers who have placed an on-line order using this website's shopping cart system.  You will need the order ID number which was displayed on the final confirmation screen when your order was placed, and which is included in the email confirmation you received after placing your order.  Simply type your order ID number and the order's destination zip code ( If you provided separate billing and shipping addresses, please be sure to use the zip code you provided with the shipping address) in the appropriate fields at left, and then click the "Track Order" button to retrieve current information regarding your order's progress through UPS' shipping systems.
Notice: UPS authorizes you to use the UPS tracking systems solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to UPS for delivery and for no other purpose.  Any other use of UPS tracking systems and information is strictly prohibited.
   Orders are, of course, not trackable until they have left our shipping department and are in UPS' hands. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order placement, unless an item ordered is temporarily out of stock in which case you will receive an email notification of your order's status.  Orders placed Friday afternoon through early Monday morning (Mountain Time) will be processed and shipped on Monday. Once your order has shipped,  you will be sent an email notification of shipment.  With the exception of orders bound for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and overseas Military addresses, all orders are shipped via UPS standard ground service (unless expedited shipment has been requested and approved via phone).  Nelson Appliance is in Colorado Springs, Colorado and orders shipped via UPS standard ground service will spend from as little as one to as many as seven business days in transit, depending on the distance that must be traveled.
